SWIMMING LESSONS

i. Lessons are conducted between 30minutes to 1 hour depending on the child's response to learning, type and size of class.

 

ATTENDANCE

Group Lesson

i. Swimming schedule is fixed. There will be no compensation and/or make-up sessions for absenteeism, holidays or any personal reasons. 

Private Lesson

i. Any cancellation:- 

          (a) Due to bad weather must be made 1 hour in advance.

          (b) Due to other personal reasons must be made ay least 1 day in advance.

ii. Any cancellation out of the grace period of time or when coach has arrived at the location (referring to other personal reasons) will be deemed as one lesson.

iii. Student is required to complete 4 swimming lessons within a stipulated time frame of 6 weeks that include rescheduling of lessons. Failure to do so may result in outstanding lesson to be forfeited. 

 

MAKE-UP POLICY

Group Lesson

i. As a courtesy to our valuable customers, 1 make - up lesson shall be offered per calendar month. This is subjected to coach's availability, time and location. Note: Same coach may not be guaranteed for make - up lesson. Valid medical certificate are to be presented on the day of the make-up lesson.

 

ADVERSE WEATHER & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

i. In an event of bad weather, swimming coach and/or pool authority reserve the exclusive rights to cancel the swimming lesson for safety reasons.

ii. Due to any unforeseen circumstances that is beyond school's control, there will be no compensation and/or make-up lesson for the session that has commenced. However, land-drill exercises and/or water safety theories will be conducted.

iii. Should swimming coach postpone the lesson due to adverse weather, make-up lesson will be scheduled on a specific day/time. There will be no extra make-up lesson should the student be unable to attend.

SWIMMING COACH

i. Swimagator Swim School ensures quality teaching to its highest of ability at all times. In the event where coach is sent for training courses, the school reserves the right to cancel, postpone or send a relief swimming coach should the prime coach be unavailable for the lesson.

PAYMENT/TERMINATION POLICY

i. Payment has to be made on the first of the four lessons/term via cash, bank transfer or cheque.

ii. Payment made is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. It will be forfeited in any case that you cannot attend subsequent swimming lessons/term. 

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY & INFORMATION

i. We will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of injury, loss/damage of property, permanent disability and/or death, howsoever caused, as a result of participation in the aforesaid activity. This includes all cost and expenses incurred as a result of such claim/s. 

ii. Outside the stipulated date/time of the commencement of swimming lesson, it is the participant/parent/guardian responsibility to mind your child's safety.

iii. Photography/Videography may be taken. It may be used for publication purposes at no cost.

iv. We reserve the rights to alter the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
